TouristNetTR

Terms of Service

The rules for using TouristNetTR's partner dashboard, API, credit system, and digital eSIM delivery services.

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TouristNetTR, including the partner dashboard, API, digital eSIM delivery links, and related support services. By creating an account, using our API, purchasing credit, or placing an eSIM order, you agree to these Terms.

If you use TouristNetTR on behalf of a company, agency, hotel, tour operator, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Service

TouristNetTR provides B2B and B2B2C access to digital travel eSIM products. Partners can view available packages, place eSIM orders, receive customer delivery links or QR codes, and manage usage through the dashboard or API.

We are not a mobile network operator. Connectivity, coverage, fair-use rules, activation behavior, and data usage reporting may depend on local mobile networks, device compatibility, regulatory conditions, and the technical status of the eSIM profile.

3. Accounts and API Access

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, and business information.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials, API keys, and dashboard access secure.
  • You must not share API keys publicly, embed them in frontend code, or use them for unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
  • We may rotate, suspend, or revoke API keys if we detect misuse, security risk, unpaid balances, or behavior that may harm the platform.

4. Orders and Digital Delivery

eSIM orders are digital products. After a successful order, TouristNetTR may provide a customer-facing activation link, QR code, order status, usage data, and related technical information.

Partners are responsible for showing accurate package information to their customers and for ensuring the customer understands device compatibility, activation timing, travel destination, and data roaming requirements.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payment

  • Partners may use prepaid balance, an approved credit limit, or another commercial model agreed with TouristNetTR.
  • Partners may purchase account credit packages such as 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 300, 500, or 1000 USD. When payment succeeds and the checkout notification is verified, the purchased USD amount is added to the partner account balance automatically.
  • Prices, taxes, currency conversion, payment processing fees, and settlement timing may vary depending on the checkout processor and the commercial agreement.
  • If a partner uses credit terms, unpaid balances must be paid by the agreed due date. We may pause ordering, API access, or delivery if balances are overdue.
  • Payment card information is processed by checkout processors. TouristNetTR does not store full card numbers.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal activity, sanctions evasion, telecom abuse, or misleading resale.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, rate limits, authentication, or service availability.
  • Do not reverse engineer TouristNetTR systems, scrape private data, or attempt to access orders that do not belong to your account.
  • Do not represent TouristNetTR, our service, or local network operators in a false or misleading way.

7. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

The customer must use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device and must follow activation instructions. Some devices, operating systems, regions, or carrier-locked phones may not support eSIM activation.

Customers may need to turn on data roaming, select the correct eSIM line, and install the eSIM only when they are ready to use it. Failure to follow these steps may affect connectivity but does not automatically create a refund right after the eSIM has been delivered, downloaded, activated, or used.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network outages, local mobile network issues, regulatory changes, technical changes, or force majeure events may affect availability.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal compliance, technical reliability, or product improvement.

9. Intellectual Property

TouristNetTR, its dashboard, documentation, API materials, designs, and brand assets belong to TouristNetTR. You may use our documentation only to integrate with and operate the service under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TouristNetTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, travel disruption, or customer claims arising from network availability, incorrect device use, or partner misuse.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to TouristNetTR for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or fraud risk, fail to pay an outstanding balance, misuse the API, or use the service in a way that may harm TouristNetTR, the platform, or customers.

12. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
